Loma Linda University Medical Center

CEO Ruthita Fike wanted to go from “good to great.”  Following their culture building work, their patient satisfaction increased over 100%.  Turnover was reduced from double-digits to single digits in several positions.  PeoplePix was used to hire all staff in the new cardiac hospital.  After the first year, patient satisfaction scores at the new hospital were 99%, virtually unheard of the industry!
